Pembroke Pines Christmas Lights, Decorations and Holiday Events

I love celebrating the holidays in Pembroke Pines! Here are all the 2012 Christmas Lights, Decorations and Holiday Events in Pembroke Pines on one page. Here we go…

Christmas Lights Drive-Thru and Live Nativity at Oasis Church

When: November 30th through December 31st
Where: Click Here for Map
Cost: Free!
This is a great, free Christmas Event in Pembroke Pines. Each year, the Oasis Church hosts their annual Christmas event. This impressive Christmas event provides outdoor ice skating (thanks to an artificial plastic surface that looked very slippery like ice), artificial snow displays, outdoor Christmas movies with popcorn, free cookies and drinks and a middle school Jazz Band in the theatre. There were also some delicious cupcakes by the 3 Moms Bakery being sold inside. Oasis Church, however, is best known for their Live Nativity Display and Drive-Thru Christmas Lights. In 2010, Oasis Church won the Award for Largest Nativity Display. You can see the 2011 Live Nativity Display in my quick video below (yes, those are real actors, goats, donkeys and animals). In 2012, they’ve introduced an Animated Wall of Lights.

They also host a Drive-Thru Christmas Light Display that’s wonderful for the entire family. You’ll see displays all types of Christmas Light displays and greetings as you slowly zigzag through their parking lot. You can see my brief video below capturing the back of the church.

This event is highly recommended. The kids loved it.
