Summer is Here

Summer is here !

June 21st 2011 marks the Summer Solstice and the official beginning of Summer.

Sol + stice derived from a combination of Latin words meaning “sun” + “to stand still.”
As the days lengthen, the sun rises higher and higher until it seems to stand still in the sky.

The Summer Solstice results in the longest day and the shortest night of the year. The Northern Hemisphere celebrates in June, but the people on the Southern half of the earth have their longest summer day in December.

Whether you are interested in fun Summer Solstice facts, visiting from a different state or country or a local here in South Florida, we love our Summers and all that it represents.

Bathing suits and barb ques, friends and family fun .
Yes, we have that all year round, but its always ‘funner’ in the Summer .

What are you waiting for, come on over to beautiful South Florida .

Do not be surprised if you run into one of your friendly South Florida Realtors.
